I lost my best friend and I wanted something that would represent her. This urn is so her and I love it (I know she would've). A couple days after placing the order, the team reached out to me with a mock photo of what the urn would look like to confirm everything was correct. A couple days after that, it was shipped. It was packaged very well and had fragile stickers to let the courier know to handle with care. I definitely recommend this company
