Beautiful piece of work, shipped quickly, was a little confused because the plaque wasn’t on the urn or in any of the shipping materials so I called and a very kind gentleman explained that they usually wrap them and put them in the urns to avoid damage. Will definitely be buying a few keepsake urn in the future.
