The overall experience was great! Customer Service Rep showed patience and respect in our time of sorrow. However, the original urn arrived with the wrong DOB engraved. But at no additional cost to us, a new urn was sent with the correct DOB. AND, we received a beautiful bouquet of flowers as an apology. Thank you!
