After ordering what appeared to be a nicely painted urn through Amazon and then getting a very badly painted (nothing like the picture) urn I was forced to go back online and search again to find an acceptable urn. A few days later this urn showed up on the 'In The Light Urns' website. The 'Whale Tail' medallion seemed like the perfect understated thing for my mothers cremains. After choosing what text that I desired to have added to the urn, one call to your company to work out how it was to be placed turned out to be a nearly pleasurable experience working with Andrew. You have all done an utterly FANTASTIC job! SO TASTEFUL! Not to mention the reasonable cost and the patience and kindness of ALL of the employees that I dealt with any time I called (out of curiosity to see how things were going).
