I usually speak to Caroline, but I have spoken to other staff members and they are all brilliant. They always give me excellent advice. The are all very friendly and professional. The food is excellent. The food goes very quickly. I get mostly starlings and we have counted up to 80. I also get sparrows, jackdaws, magpies, bluetits, robins, blackbirds, doves and wood pigeons.
