They went above and beyond my expectation.
I ordered a tie and then a handkerchief in same order.
Within a couple hours I received an email explaining that the handkerchief I ordered was not the best match for the tie I ordered. They included photo of my tie and hanky along with the hanky they recommended for my tie, so I could see the difference visually. They were right. So with just an reply back via E-mail, they changed my order for me.
