Poor delivery service. I was waiting my parcel the day promised by delivery company, started my gardening job with hope that it came that day. Soon I received email that 'delivery failed because noone home'. I was shocked because was waiting in the front garden. As a result, just wasted much time for vain waiting and calls to company with clarifications. I was told that driver was in wrong address, but this was not my fault. Finally, got my parcel day after left in the garden; was not satisfied at all of no any apologies. Asked the shop to return me transport fees back, but they told that everything was done in time(
