They sent me to a company that had a reasonable, still high priced flight, that had the exact times and dates I was looking for. So, ok. I was willing to pay a little more. They sent me to a company called travel- masters.com. I purchased the ticket online, and received an email saying it was unconfirmed and shortly after a call. Once they had me on the phone, they proceeded to tell me the ticket wasn’t available, but they had other tickets for that flight available for almost $200 more. I asked them what happened, and they told me I did not understand the process and that this is the only flight available. I told the rep I understood the travel industry, and asked again what happened? They tried gaslighting me, into believing that I didn’t know what I was talking about and that they did. They offered me a $50 discount half an already inflated ticket. Total bait and switch company, run the other way!
