They deserve-5 . This is a scam . Don’t book anything with jetcost. Really bad experience. Book a flight 10 days ago. They provided confirmation was not found on the airline was booking. After 40 minutes talking to 3 different people been told my flight is stand by ticket or can confirm it with paying $200 more and if I cancel it is non refundable????
