I purchased three items from Joseph Joseph which I received on 23 November 2023. The products are of great quality and design. But the ironing board's handle is faulty which means I cannot hang it on the wall. I wrote to customer services on the same day to ask for a replacement handle. It's December 8th and I still haven't heard anything from them.
Having read other reviews I'm now convinced I will have to take my complaint further with my bank. Don't buy from them directly. Go to a shop and make sure you can see the product is not faulty.
