Ordered £70 worth of kitchen utility items. Thought being a premium product the service would match. I decided instead of buying through a third party to go direct on their website. I paid and purchased extra ‘express delivery’ meaning next working day delivery.
6 days later no sign of the products. For the last 3 days I have been trying to speak to Joseph and Joseph to resolve as the carrier details shows they don’t have the package.
The company does not have a public phone line, I have now emailed thier info adress 3 times with no response over the 3 days.
Took to instagram and direct messaged them and did get a response but no resolution.
The company has horrendous service and the lack of customer support makes me realise if I actually receive the products and there is a fault/ problem they won’t be able to support.
For a high end british design company I would have hoped better.
If you just buy their products better to do it through a 3rd party supplier not direct like John Lewis as at least you will get customer support.
Can’t comment on the products as never received any.
