Absolutely awful and completely useless 'consumer care'. Several emails sent plus photos of damaged shoddy goods that were delivered - absolutely nothing back apart from the usual AI generated, we're so busy it will take a while before we contact you. Their forms of contact and communication are deliberately designed that the company never has to respond - basically a bunch of thieves, selling shoddy goods. Never again.
