Can you give 0 stars? Because that's what is deserved. Ironing board delivered; waiting for courier to pick up; no delivery; no ironing board; no refund; no customer service; no response in spite of 6 emails so far. This is theft as they are in possession of my money. I thought Joseph Joseph were great. They're not an the men at the top should be dealing with this swiftly.
