The ordering process was easy enough. Received confirmation email and dispatch email with tracking number. This is where the service goes wrong. They used a company called APC. I didn't receive any notification that my parcel was going to be delivered on a said day hence no one in. This could have been avoided. Had to reschedule, you still don't get any notification that it's going to arrive but we waited in all morning until it did arrive at nearly midday. This part of the process needs to be improved otherwise I'm not sure I would use the company again.
