After initial problems regarding delivery all of which were not due to anything JRS had been working involved in, once notified of my non delivery Jim a JRS went over and above to resolve the issue. Resulting in another item being dispatched and delivered the next day, that s what I call excellent customer services, would definitely us them again and recommend them
