Very good customer service. I ordered a softshell portwest jacket from this company but mistakenly ordered a medium, a quick email to them requesting a large they responded back on a Sunday night saying they have sorted it on there end and I received and email to confirm. Two days later a nice large appeared at my door. Top notch.
