Ordered 36 regular pants which I always wear and they come and they are too long in the leg. I messaged the company to ask of I could swap then, they said they can't swap then but I can send them back and they will send another pair... Then said I would have to pay for the delivery to send then back which is 6quid after I've just paid 6 quid to get them sent out to me. Ridiculous
