I had initially given a one star review due to no response to a query email about my delivery and the delay in receiving my order by the courier service used. I was surprised after posting this review to receive a phone from the business owner, concerned at my review and wanting to apologise for the service I had received. After taking the time to explain what had happened and advise why my email had not been replied to, I have to say my mind was changed as to my initial review. This company has gone out of their way to explain what had gone wrong and why and I believe this is above and beyond what a lot of bigger businesses would do. Thank you for taking the time to contact me, and I will more than likely being ordering from yourselves again because of it.
