The items themselves are of great quality and the delivery time is as you would expect for a personalised item. I was slightly disappointed that one ofthe items I ordered was not delivered and I had to contact to get this item fulfilled; that being said the staff member I spoke with was very apologetic and pleasant. The missing item was sent out swiftly also. I ordered the Pulsar 7 in 1 combo jackets, I think it is inconvenient that the inner jacket does not get printed when you apply a custom logo, or that there is no option for this. My email querying this was also left unresponded to. Overall the items are great, but there was a lot left to be desired with the service.
