My order was over a week late being dispatched and now is late being delivered. I was told it would be with me at the later date of 4/11/24 (originally should have been 28/10/24). However, this has still not arrived (7/11/24) and I have received no response from the delivery company who I've now contacted twice. Really disappointed and the company really needs to manage customer expectations as my order may not have been done only I contacted them asking for an update as I hadn't received any information on my order being dispatched. Not sure when, if ever, I'm receiving this order.
