I ordered a made to measure insulated loft hatch to replace the old wooden framed one currently fitted in my property. The hatch was delivered within the 7-11 day time frame, was well packaged, nicely made and fitted perfectly. Fitting was straight forward although it should be noted that it easier with two people due to the fact that the door cannot be removed.
I am very happy with the finishedproduct.
