I paid extra for next day delivery for an item to take to an event on the Weds. I ordered at 7am on the Monday; for Tuesday arrival. I received a text from the delivery company on Tuesday late pm to say they had the item. I then rearranged the delivery to Friday because I was going to be away Weds and Thus at the event. I got a text on Weds whilst I was away, saying the item had been delivered. So there are issues there both with the next-day delivery aspect/expectation and with the delivery (Royal Mail), who I appreciate are a separate entity. The gaiters I ordered are fine.
