Purchased a camp shower, 12volt. used it 4-5 times, did the job, then was stored in camping cupboard. taken out following summer and did not work. battery beeping and pump impeller seemed a little stiff. Called kickass and was told nothing can be done, out of warranty. Then recieved an email saying if battery is beeping then it needs to be replaced, can purchase on web site, which I did. After recieving it and charging, tried shower and it still does not work. Battery not beeping but impeller will not spin, impeller seems too stiff for a small motor in the pump. So now I gotta buy another pump, or, another unit? I guess this product is " use a coupe times and toss it." Really?? Thanks for the customer, and product support, .... let alone a quality product.
