2000w inverter was poorly packed has hole in outer box . Bench tested unit correct polarity 120 volt in 13,6 v dc on battery . 120v at outlets pressed on green led lit rcd worked .removed 120v ac did nt go to invert. Connect remote unit screen did not power up. The control panel end has 2 missing screws one hile deffinetly had one befor so it appeers I was sent a dud. Where do I send it back to? I had printed the users manuel also and followed it .
