Horrendous customer care. Be very careful when booking in deliveries on the website they often only send 1 man, despite paying and choosing the 2 man option. They send a 1 man courier for a 2 man job and severely damage items of furniture. They will deny all responsibility for damages and accuse the source pickup point despite the fact that the items are quality controlled before collection. We have had a number of damages when using Kinetoic for collection, We have changed to a different courier collecting from the same place and not had once since. Will not use them again.
