Horrendous customer care. Ordered goods on 12th July and still not been delivered. Impossible to contact them by telephone as the number on their website is not in use. Only able to contact them and received the same message each time; we are working on your order and will be in touch asap. I have now had to cancel tradesmen 3 times as I have not received delivery of goods and can't get a definite delivery date
