Whilst the ordered product was not delivered (due to Samsung supply chain issues rather than KIT), I have to highly commend the KIT Online team for keeping me abreast with order status updates during the after-sales journey. This was my first time purchasing from KIT Online and the customer service has been great. Will definitely consider buying from the company in the future given their competitive prices and sterling support..!
