When my senior pup passed away last year we had only been a company for few months and when I notified them to cancel her prescription they were so wonderful, they sent a sympathy card and a huge beautiful bouquet of flowers. I have never had a company be so caring and personable. It meant so much. I have a new pup and am a customer again for her meds. I cannot recommend them enough. I had been with two other companies before them and they have best prices. They ship free and quickly. They send first package to new customer with a cute cloth bandana for your pet with their logo and a actual handwritten thank you note.
