My only issue was that I ask that my shipment to be delivered to the United States Postal Service only because UPS is planning a potential strike however they still shipped it UPS if they did Indeed go on strike my package would’ve been delayed significantly and my dog would not have a medication we did end up receiving it but I was still upset that they did not follow my simple request besides that everything went OK and will use them again
