I consider price, convenience, and customer experience when deciding which company to order from. Although the personalized touches Koala Health provided were unique, they weren't sufficient to overcome the relatively slow shipping time (two weeks for an over-the-counter drug) and unremarkable regular price. I'm not likely to place another order.
