I did my order on the website. I was expecting to be able to put in information about the prescriptions but was not able to and so assumed that you would get the information from the doctor when you called about prescriptions. When I got my dog's medicines, they came in bottles but I was expecting pouches with doses already set up because that's what your website says you do. So, I will be cancelling my auto-ship and I will try starting again next month with a new order and I will be calling to clarify how things are going to go.
