Website is easy to navigate. It took several days to verify my prescription. I called my vet and they said they verified it with Koala 2 days ago, yet the status oin the website was still "verifying". This created a delay in my PX and had to have my local vet issue another PX while waiting for Koala to fill mine. I would recommend verifying PX faster. In my case I needed the PX in a week and it tokk almost a week for Koala to verify then ship. Too long
