I placed my first order early to allow your company time to process and obtained the RX from my vet, so I called to ask that my reoccuring date and charge date would be later in the month, and was told that was not something your system could do! I deal with 2 other companies for things that auto ship and that was never a problem if fact you can go into your account and change it yourself if needed. So you must be a small company with a very antiquated system. But I am going to give you a try and see how it goes but not a great first impression I must say.
