The process was easy but the packaging was flawed. The syringe was flimsy and did not properly measure the medicine. In addition, the top to insert the syringe was too tight a pulled out with the syringe. I lost at least 1/4 of the medication. This stuff is not cheap so I was upset with the lost medication.
