Everybody was really nice and I like the convenience of it being delivered but customer service is slow and thats not the employees fault that's the company they really should hire more people. I switched to this company to get faster service because the pharmacies around me never had the medication in and my dog went multiple days without it. Also the medication here is so much more expensive, like insanely for a months supply of my dogs meds was 75 bucks when in a normal pharmacy it ranges from 9 to 13 bucks.. really should get that under control, don't mind spending a little more because it's more convenient but that's a whole lot more.
