There were a couple of glitches in the prescription. Customer service did not notify me of these either time, until I called to inquire why the order was taking so long. When things got resolved it was shipped the next day and arrived promptly. But the entire process took 3 weeks which is way too long in my opinion. However, your prices are extremely reasonable.
