Sense of urgency to get my dog's prescription heart med shipped seemed lacking. Ordered on Monday and heard nothing further until Friday at 4:45 p.m., which was a phone call to tell me that you hadn't heard back from my vet to approve the prescription. Too late to get any answers that day before the weekend, so it wasn't until the next Monday that approval was finally received, and I was told when I called on Tuesday that it would be shipped by the end of the week, or possibly the first of the next week?!? On Wednesday, I got an email telling me you couldn't do autofill on a 50-pill rx, only 30 (I did not know it was even on autofill?), so they needed my approval to remove the autofill to ship. Which, of course, I did immediately. They did get it shipped on Thursday. But I must say that my experiences with two other online animal pharmacies (though they were more expensive) is much quicker service, shipping within 24 or 48 hours in most instances. Or if not, I am notified sooner than 5 days (right before closing on a Friday, no less) after ordering that my vet hasn't responded so that I can help straighten it out.
