First, the original medication was back-ordered. Instead of calling me, I was emailed and didn't see it for days. Then I called and was told a replacement was available. I approved and was told it would ship immediately. Again, after a few days no phone call but another email letting me know that the second med was also out of stock. The person I spoke with on the phone should have checked with pharmacy before telling me it would ship immediately. All of this led to me almost running out of this medication my cat takes daily. YOU NEED TO CALL PEOPLE AND LEAVE A VOICE MESSAGE. It should take days to realize the second med was also out of stock, in fact it shouldn't even have been offered to me as an option if you didn't have it to ship out.
