Products were good and affordable, but communication and shipping were poor. My order never shipped because an item was out of stock. They didn’t email or call me. I checked shipping status to find out I needed to call them. The other items also never shipped because there was a max of two I was allowed to order and I ordered three. That wasn’t signified anywhere on the website, nor was I emailed or called. Once again, the order status told me I had to call them, so I did. They told me they wanted to confirm I still wanted the two before shipping. It’d been over a week since placing my order at this point. I verified I did want them and they said we will put a rush on your order and it will go out no later than tomorrow. I got a shipping notification three days later. Once it finally shipped, it took another week to get here.
