Too much email communication with several days in between responses. I had to respond twice for one of them after not hearing back for a few days. This would have been fine but because prescriptions need to be mailed in to fill the prescription, it created even more delays. Just overall felt more time consuming and had too much back and forth. Would only recommend if there is a major sale/savings on the script.
