I was forced to use Koala because my vet office no longer honors CHEWY. My dog needed a prescription and I ordered it on Koala the same day I ordered other requirements from CHEWY. Everything I ordered on CHEWY came the next day, including prescriptions from another office. But not Koala, 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 days later, as my dog suffered this medicine finally shows up. Chewy had it on the shelf and it was cheaper, but NO "We don't care about you or your dogs health, we care about our kickbacks."
