Being forced into a subscription instead being able to make a one time purchase is a disgusting business practice and on top of that you have to contact customer service to cancel a subscription instead of having a one click cancel.
There's no point to show an autoship "discount" if that's the only option.
The auto refill terms of service says "If you do not agree, do not use Auto-Refill" but should be reworded to say if you do not agree do not use Koala.
The one positive that I will give is that the medication came in a nice welcome box with a little card. If you want a subscription service they may be an alright option, but I hate being forced into one.
