First, I think Koala is amazing and provides excellent service. My issue this time was a coupon I received via email. It was for $20 off my dog’s heartworm medication, which is a huge help. I was told that I had to wait until I received the email stating that the order had been processed before the coupon could be applied. Well, by the time I woke up that morning to see that email the order had already been fulfilled and the shipping had been initiated.
