Placed an order on 8/26, did not receive any communication until I reached out over the weekend on 8/31. Customer service did not respond to me until Monday and stated they didn’t have the item in stock but will receive it soon. I requested to be refunded cause this was ridiculously long and my pet’s condition got worse. They didn’t reply but rather shipped the items a few hour later. Koala is advertised as the prescriptions arriving in 3-5 days. There was horrible communication and customer service, will not recommend.
