I have been emailing about my prescription. I was told it was shipped. Yesterday 9/12 I received an email that it was shipped, and another email that it was delivered, TO A DIFFERENT STATE! This is upsetting, and now on a Friday, the business is closed and I have heard nothing about resolving this issue. My pet has an appt on 9/18 for her monthly injection, and I fear we will not receive it in time. I’ll Be calling to discuss with a manager Monday.
I’ve reviewed no emails and no phone calls on the issue. I really liked Koala until now. My last refill there was an issue, and now this one. I’ve already shared the issue on social media.
