As a first time customer I was not too happy with the legnth of time it took to get my pups medicine. When I placed the order it said 3-5 days to get the product. I understood this and realized that means business days. With that knowlegde I expected to recieve the medicine for Gomers itching in a week. At the week point it was still saying the same thing - in process. After callling around day 8 they told me they would expedite and ship that day. When I got the tracking it did not show shipped after 56 hours. I then called back and was told there really was nothing they could do and that the tracking issue was on USPS. I can understand that as well but was not happy that there was no resolution and all they could tell me was it should be delivered by the 23rd. Mean while when I placed the order I was under the impression that it would take a week and that date of the 23rd was over 2 weeks. All the while my pup is itching and miserable. Upon the news that he would have to go another 4 days without releif I then had to go back to the vet and purchase more medicine. I placed this order with Koala in the hopes for conveniece and to save a bit of money. After this whole process none of that happened. It took way more effort, time and money. I did appreciate the gift in the order and the note but I am unsure if I will order in the future.
