I placed the order on the 12th, and it didn’t ship until the 23rd, which is absurd! This is the first and last order I will ever place with this company. Nowadays, it should not take long to process, package, and ship an order to a customer. There is no excuse for the slowness, and I don’t wish to experience it again!
