The shipment contained the wrong item. I promptly called to relay their error. They sent me the correct product and everything was fine. It was a good thing that I did not need the Rx immediately or else there would have been a problem. Additionally, incorrect precriptions being mailed are a concern. That kind of error could well have caused harm. I hope that this incident alerted Koala to perhaps put in a vigerous oversight so that this does not happen again. I have no way of knowing if Koala did. The price was excellent.
