My order was cancelled and then I re-did the order and never got a confirmation, so I ordered my items from another company. THEN weeks later was charged and sent the items I orinignally ordered AND signed up for auto renew (I NEVER do auto renew). Super frustrated. I give one star because they did actually send the product.
