My experience so far has not been good. The box the medicine was shipped in was too flimsy, so it arrived with USPS notifications that the box arrived without any contents. It looks like it was smashed by a heavier box and got torn on the side and top. However, it could have been intentionally opened. This makes me wonder if I can rely on medications to arrive on time. Due to the time difference between east and west coasts, by the time the package arrives, a replacement can't be sent out by Koala until the next day.
